Overzicht NINO-lezingencyclus / Overview NINO lecture series 2011-2012 (pdf)
Maandelijks organiseert het Nederlands Instituut voor het Nabije Oosten een lezing die gehouden wordt in het Rijksmuseum van Oudheden, Rapenburg 28, Leiden. De meeste lezingen zijn Nederlandstalig, sommige Engelstalig. Alle geïnteresseerden zijn van harte welkom.
De lezingen vinden plaats op donderdagmiddag om 15.00u (zaal open om 14.50u).
Na afloop van de lezing biedt het NINO een drankje aan in het museumcafé.
De Veenhof-lezing, een bijzondere lezing ter ere van prof. K.R. Veenhof, wordt dit jaar gegeven op vrijdag 18 november door Prof. dr. K. Schmidt (Engelstalig). Deze lezing begint om 20.00u in de Taffeh-zaal van het Rijksmuseum van Oudheden. Na afloop van de Veenhof-lezing biedt het RMO een borrel aan.

Every month the Netherlands Institute for the Near East organizes a lecture held at the National Museum of Antiquities (Rijksmuseum van Oudheden, Rapenburg 28, Leiden). Most lectures will be held in Dutch, some in English. All who are interested are welcome to attend the NINO lecture series.
Lectures are held on Thursday afternoons at 15.00 hrs (doors open at 14.50 hrs).
Afterwards, NINO offers a drink at the museum cafe.
The Veenhof Lecture, a special lecture in honor of Prof. K.R. Veenhof, will be held on Friday 18 November 2010 by Prof. Dr. K. Schmidt (in English). This lecture is held in the Taffeh Hall of the National Museum of Antiquities, Leiden, starting at 20.00 hrs. After the lecture, the Museum offers a reception.
