Veenhof Lecture 2020

Due to corona measures, we have postponed the Veenhof Lecture (originally scheduled for 20 November 2020) to next year.

The 19th Veenhof Lecture will be given in November 2021. Details are to be announced.

Previous years

On this page is a list of all Veenhof Lectures held since 2002.

This celebratory evening event is aimed at colleagues and students, as well as a broader public. Internationally renowned scholars are invited as speaker. The next lecture will take place in June 2021.

NINO-EOL Lectures

Two afternoon lectures are held each year at RMO (in spring and autumn), co-organised with Ex Oriente Lux. The intended audience consists of colleagues and students, EOL members, and Museum friends.

Book Launches

When affiliated researchers and colleagues in the Netherlands bring out a new volume – whether published with NINO/Peeters or elsewhere – NINO is glad to assist in organising a book launch in Leiden: an opportunity to present the new publication to colleagues, students, friends and family, and a celebration of the author’s achievement.
